Maine real estate is selling
I don't how everyone else has done, but it's been a great year up here.Even now I just put 2 under contract last week. Land is one hot item, and so aren't cash sales on low end for second homes. Waterfront flew out of here in the summer, but I've noticed the 100,000 to 250,000 homes are sitting, that has been frustrating. Any ideas on how to move these? Has anyone had any success in this market this year? Karen
